Synergee Skin Spa is a boutique skin care studio specializing in personalized, individual care. We are not able to accommodate spa groups/parties at this time.
Services begin and end on schedule. During your first visit, we will allow additional time for you to complete a personal profile questionnaire and we will conduct a thorough consultation to learn about your specific skin care and relaxation goals. If you should arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the esthetician to be on time for her next appointment.
We highly recommend that you schedule your next appointment(S) prior to leaving the spa to ensure availability of your preferred time.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event you must cancel/reschedule an appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may incur a charge of $25 per service hour reserved, regardless of your reason for changing or cancelling. If we are able to fill your vacated service time, you will not be billed.
SPA ETIQUETTE: For the consideration of all our guests, cell phones, pagers, and other electronics must be turned off in the spa area.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms while services are being performed.
We ask that our guests respect all designated quiet zones while others are enjoying their services.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
Because we are committed to your happiness, we guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know immediately if a product does not meet your expectations and allow us to suggest an excellent alternative to meet your needs.
GIFT GIVING: Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and can be used to purchase any skin care service or spa product.
Instant Gift Certificate
Because they can be used just like cash, please keep your gift certificate in a safe place. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates or for unauthorized use. Thank you for your understanding.
**Effective December 1, 2006, we will no longer be accepting SpaFinder gift certificates. Please call if you have any questions.**
BOUTIQUE: Please feel free to browse our bath & body boutique. Bring your spa experience home and enjoy the effects over & over again. We offer aromatherapy lotions, body wash, soaps, and oils, bath salts, candles, herbal neck wraps & booties, cosmetics, jewelry, meditation cd's, and much more. Great for gifts too!
REFERRALS: We welcome your referrals and encourage you to send interested friends & associates our way. For every new guest you refer to Michelle for skin care services, you will receive a special gift voucher as a token of our appreciation. Just make sure your referred guest fills in your name on their New Guest Profile. Gift Certificate Recipients become referrals on their first re-scheduled appointment.
